His academic research interests focus on HeXie Management Theory, strategic transformation and innovation ecosystem, governance innovation and succession of private (family) enterprises, digital and intelligent collaborative decision-making, Healthcare Ecosystem, Industrial Park and industrial internet. He has conducted in-depth research and consulting on the transformation of large manufacturing enterprises and Internet companies, and has taught training programs for many large corporate groups and listed companies. He has published more than 40 high-level academic books and papers in Group & Organization Management (GOM), Management and Organization Review (MOR), Journal of Management World, and Journal of Management Science In China.
