Kelvin Ke Jinde (柯金德) is Assistant Professor in Communication Studies at the Department of Media and Communication at Xian Jiaotong-Liverpool University. He is an award-winning writer and media practitioner.

Born in Singapore, Kelvin Ke Jinde previously taught at the Singapore Institute of Technology, Lasalle College of the Arts, and Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts. He was nominee in 2021, 2022 and Winner of the Department Teaching Excellence Award in 2024. 

His research interests intersect film studies & video storytelling with cultural heritage. His digital shorts were screened at Berlin International Film Festival and the Chicago International Children Film Festival.

Kelvin Ke Jinde was project leader of "Postcards from Suzhou", an interactive art show about Suzhou Pingtan. It was exhibited at Hong Yu Shi Art Gallery in Oct 2022, XJTLU Museum in Oct 2023, & Eslite art gallery in Oct 2024.
