Students are required to submit their archive brought from high school to one-stop during their registration days at XJTLU. Student who haven't submitted their archives shall submit their materials to one-stop located at CB-115E. If there is missing materials, one-stop will also remind students via. E-mail.

新生们一般要求在开学报到日提交他们从高中携带至学校的档案。如果有学生忘记提交或暂时未拿到档案，需在之后提交到学生一站式（CB-115E）。一般情况下，如果学生档案材料有缺失，一站式老师会提醒学生及时提交、补齐档案。
