e-Bridge Introduction
What is e-Bridge ?
e-Bridge is XJTLU’s new web student information system;
You can access the system anytime and anywhere;
When e-Bridge is complete, you will be able to manage your full academic records on the web
How to register
In your internet browser, type ebridge.xjtlu.edu.cn,and login with your XJTLU account.
Click the ‘Student Registration’ link.
You have 6 tasks to finish. Please make sure all the information you provide is accurate and that all mandatory fields, marked *, are completed.
Personal Details Task
Click the ‘start’ button of Personal Details , and review your personal detail record. If you wish to make any changes
please click Contact the Registry button and send e-mail to Registry. Otherwise , click Confirm to confirm
Programme Details Task
Click the ‘start’ button of Programme Details , and review your programme details record, If you wish to make any
changes please click Contact the Registry button and send e-mail to Registry. Otherwise , click Confirm to confirm
Additional Details Task
Click the ‘start’ button of Additional Details, and review the information and fill your information on all fields. After completion, click Continue to confirm.
Contact / Address Details Task
Click the ‘start’ button of Contact / Address Details, and review your home address and university address record.
If you wish to amend any information that is not correct please click Amend home address to change your home address and click Amend University address to change your university address.
If your university address was same as your home address , click Copy home address to amend it.
If you have a query about the accommodation you are living in whilst at University, please click contact the Student Affairs Office to
contact the Student Affairs Office.
Otherwise , click Confirm to confirm
Family Background Task ---Part A
Click the ‘start’ button of Family Background. You must provide the details of someone who we can contact in case of an emergency. After finishing , click Continue to continue
Family Background Task --- Part B
Please complete further details information relating to this person, whose name you have already provided on the previous page , and click confirm to confirm.
Declaration Task
Click the ‘start’ button of Declaration. Please read the disclaimer below carefully and tick the box to indicate that you agree with the statement, click to confirm.
Please click ok to complete all of the steps required. You will receive an e-mail that indicates you have registered successfully for the new academic year.
Homepage
After you have finished , you will automatically go back to the homepage. You can click student registration button to check if you have enrolled successfully.
Two reasons why you couldn't register?
Your registration cannot be processed due to insufficient funds. Please make arrangements to pay this year’s tuition fee.
Your registration cannot be processed due to unfinalised exam marks. Please try to register after 31st August 2011.
Special tips:
For security reasons, do not share your password with others.
If you failed to register online, you will not get your textbooks and will have no access to ICE.
If you have any problem with e-Bridge or your registration, please contact the One-Stop Students Service Centre.

Update your personal information
It provides an area to display student details record.
Edit My Addresses : to edit your home address records.
Edit My Family Details : to add or edit details of someone who we can contact in case of an emergency. Please enter your both parents’ details.
View your academic information
Programme and Module Information : Display your programme and module list for the current academic year.

You can store your personal favorite link, such as: Google or Baidu …
