How can I establish a new student club?
1. Consult staff and get application form from student club service center(CB-G57E)
咨询学生社团服务中心的工作人员并获取申请表
2. Send an email to SCS@xjtlu.edu.cn with Application Form to Initiate a New Student Organization
申请表填写完成后发送邮件至邮箱:SCS@xjtlu.edu.cn
3. Submit application forms (Election version and paper version) to council director
提交申请表格(电子及纸质版)到委员会负责老师,包括:
• Club Roster社团名单
• Officer Acceptance of Responsibility Form责任书
• Advisor Agreement指导老师同意书
• Constitution & Bylaws社团章程及法规
4. The PPT presentation must include but not limited to the followings:
答辩展示社团需至少包含一下内容:
• Purpose 目标
• Feasibility 可行性
• Significance 重要性
• Routine activities 常规活动安排
• Differences between any other similar existing club 与既存类似社团的差异性
5. If approved by 2/3 council club leaders, new club would be set up successful.
如有2/3及以上的委员会成员同意,新社团及申请成功,成为官方认证社团。
