Reset password (with personal email/cellphone bound)
重置密码（通过绑定的个人邮箱/手机号）
If you forget the password without binding mobile phone & personal email,please send a request of resetting password to IT@xjtlu.edu.cn via your personal mailbox (not XJTLU mailbox) with belowing materials:
• Your XJTLU account and XJTLU student/staff ID;
• Photo of your XJTLU student/staff ID card (smaller than 2MB);
• Photo of your resident identify card/passport (smaller than 2MB);
MITS will bind your personal mailbox to your XJTLU account after verifying your identity, then you can login UIM again to reset your password.
如果忘记密码，且没有绑定手机和个人邮箱，请使用您的常用个人邮箱(非XJTLU邮箱)发送包含下列材料在内的密码重置申请到 IT@xjtlu.edu.cn:
• XJTLU账号、学号或工号；
• XJTLU学生卡/员工卡 照片(2MB以下)；
• 个人身份证/护照/港澳台证 照片(2MB以下)；
在核实你的身份信息后，MITS将会将你的个人邮箱与XJTLU帐号绑定，然后即可登录UIM并自行重置密码。
How to bind personal email/cellphone
Input username (without suffix) and password, click on Login button.
输入用户名(无邮箱后缀)和密码，点击登陆按钮。
2. Bind personal email (Optional)
If the personal mailbox has not been bound, the personal mailbox binding window will be poped up once you logged in.
如未绑定过个人邮箱，系统会在每次登录后弹出个人邮箱绑定窗口。
You can complete the binding according to the steps in the figure, or click Cancel to bind later.
可以根据图示步骤完成绑定，也可以点击Cancel暂不绑定。
3. Switch to the Security Tab.
切换至Security标签。
4. Click on the Binding link to start the bind process.
点击Binding链接开始绑定。
a) Input your personal email address, click on Send code, input the verification code you received and click on OK to finish the binding.
输入个人邮箱，点击Send code, 输入Verification code点击OK完成绑定。
b) Input your personal cellphone No., click on Send code, input the verification code you received and click on OK to finish the binding.
输入手机号后点击Send code， 输入Verification code点击OK完成绑定。
5.Update personal email or phone Num.
更新个人邮箱或手机号
If there is any change about the personal email/cellphone, you can click on Modify to update, or click Unbound to unbind.
如个人邮箱或手机发生变动，可点击Modify更新，也可点击Unbound解绑。
How to change password
2. Click on the “Password”Tab
点击『Password』标签。
3. Input your old password, new password and confirm the new password
依次输入原密码、新密码、新密码确认
*Please follow the password principle.
请注意遵循密码复杂度要求
4.Click on OK，the password will be updated.
点击OK按钮，密码修改成功。
How to retrieve password
2. Enter username(without suffix) and verification code on page.
输入用户名(不包含邮箱后缀)和页面验证码
3. Click on Next and choose a verification method.
点击Next，选择一个验证方式
SMS短信验证: Only while your cellphone Num. has been bound.
仅限绑定了手机号的情况下。
Email邮箱验证: Only while your personal email address (Non XJTLU email) has been bound.
仅限已绑定了个人邮箱(非XJTLU邮箱)的情况下。
4. UIM will send a verification code by SMS/email.
UIM将通过短信或邮件给你发送一个随机验证码。
5. Check SMS or mail and input the verification code that you received.
检查你得手机短信或个人邮箱，输入所收到的验证码。
6. Set and confirm the new password following the password principle.
输入并确认新密码，注意符合密码安全复杂度。
7. Click on Next button, the new password will take effect.
点击Next按钮，新密码将生效。
