西安工业大学电子信息工程专业始建于1989年开设的应用电子技术专业,1998年调整为“ 电子 信息工程专业 ”,2006年获得“通信与信息系统 ”硕士学位点,2010年获得“ 电子与通信工程 ”硕 士学位授予权,2011年获得陕西省特色专业,2012年获批陕西省人才培养模式创新实验区,2015年 获批陕西省电子信息工程专业教学团队,2019年通过中国工程教育专业认证,2020年获批为国家级 一流本科专业建设点。 适应国家和社会的需求,传承电子信息工程专业的优势,2018年开办了电子 信息创新创业实验班。以学生为中心,创新创业教育融入专业培养的全过程,学科竞赛与项目训练 双核驱动,强化实践动手能力;形成了“理论与应用相结合,突出电子信息系统设计,实践动手能 力强,具备创新创业能力 ”的专业特色。
Electronic Information Engineering of Xi 'an University of Technology was founded in 1989 as the application of electronic technology at first. In 1998, it was adjusted to "Electronic Information Engineering Specialty" It was obtained the master's degree of "Communication and Information System"in 2006,and obtained the Right to confer the master's degree of "Electronic and Communication Engineering".
It was approved as a Characteristic Specialty of Shaanxi Province in 2011, approved as a Talent Training Model Innovation Experimental Area of Shaanxi Province in 2012, approved as a Teaching Team of Electronic Information Engineering of Shaanxi Province in 2015.In 2019, it passed the Chinese Engineering Education Professional Certification, and was approved as the national first-class undergraduate major construction site in 2020. In order to meet the needs of the country and society and inherit the advantages of electronic information engineering, the electronic information Innovation and entrepreneurship experimental class was established in 2018. Student-centered, innovation and entrepreneurship education is integrated into the whole process of professional training, driven by discipline competitions and project training to strengthen practical ability.It has formed the professional characteristics of "combining theory with application, highlighting electronic information system design, strong practical ability, and innovation and entrepreneurship.

本专业面向国防工业和区域社会经济发展需求,培养德智体美劳全面发展,掌握人文、数学与 自然科学知识、电子信息工程基础理论和技能、现代电子理论与技术、信号与信息处理、现代通信 技术、计算机技术等专业知识;能够在电子信息、智能信息处理、嵌入式人工智能、计算机等相关 领域从事科学研究、应用设计、产品开发、项目管理、系统运维等工作,具有社会责任感、人文科 学素养、职业道德修养、学习和团队协作能力、创新创业能力和国际化视野的高素质人才。
学生毕业5年左右能够达到:
(1)具备良好的人文科学素养、社会责任感、坚守职业道德,具有社会服务能力。(人文素养)

This major aims at the needs of national defense industry and regional socio-economic development, cultivating students with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physical beauty and labor, mastering humanities, mathematics and natural science knowledge, basic theory and skills of electronic information engineering, modern electronic theory and technology, signal and information processing, modern communication technology, computer technology and other professional knowledge; able to engage in scientific research, application design, product development, project management, system
operation and maintenance in electronic information, intelligent information processing, embedded artificial intelligence, computer and other related fields, with a sense of social responsibility, humanistic scientific quality, professional ethics, learning and team collaboration ability, innovation and entrepreneurship ability and international vision of high-quality talents.
Graduates can achieve the following abilities and personal qualities after practical exercise about five years:

四、毕业条件及学位授予要求
IV.Graduation Requirements and Degree Awarding Requirements
在修业年限内修完本专业规定课程,获得的总学分不低于160+X学分、第二课堂学分不低于7学 分(需通过《Python语言程序设计》课程考核获得1学分) ,且通过《国家学生体质健康标准》的合格 测试,方可准予毕业。
注:X 学分包含通识选修课程、专业选修课程、自选课程,根据个人职业发展意愿,修读10-15 学分。其中,通识选修课程应至少修读各模块要求的最低学分(不少于7学分)。
达到毕业要求,且符合《西安工业大学学士学位授予工作细则》,授予工学学士学位。
Only after completing the required courses in the length of study, and obtaining the total credits of no less than 160+X and the second classroom credits of no less than 7, passing the qualification test of "National Student Physical Health Standard" and the examination of " Python language programming " course, can be allowed to graduate.
Note: X credits include general elective courses, professional elective courses, and elective courses. Depending on personal career development preferences, students can take 10-15 credits. Among them, elective courses in general education should take at least the minimum required credits for each module (not less than 7 credits).
Upon meeting the graduation requirements and complying with the "Regulations on the Awarding of Bachelor's Degree at Xi'an Technological University", a Bachelor ofEngineering degree will be awarded.
