At noon on April 28th, the School held a School Leadership Reception Day and Special Issues Research Meeting in Meeting Room 412. People attended the meeting were as the followings:

Qian Dai, CPC Deputy Secretary of our School;
Hua Wang, Associate Dean of our School;
Heads of School Administration Office, Branch Library, Experimental Center, and Property Management Office, as well as 18 student representatives from undergraduate and graduate programs.

This event focused on improving the School's hardware and software facilities and enhancing the quality and efficiency of management and services, aiming to comprehensively understand the issues encountered by students in the process of studying and living. The on-site student representatives spoke freely, sharing their and other students' usage experiences in the School's Branch Library, Experimental Center, meeting rooms and other places, and put forward targeted opinions and suggestions.

Qian Dai, Hua Wang, Zhiqiang Wu, Director of the School Branch Library, and Zhifeng Yang, Director of the School Experimental Center, responded one by one to the proposals put forward by the students. They said that the School will continue to pay attention to students' demands, take effective measures to optimize the environment, standardize the process of handling affairs, provide students with convenient, comfortable and humanized services, and effectively guarantee various needs.
In his concluding speech, Jun Tao said that the School has always adhered to the human-oriented, communication-oriented, whole-process education, and co-construction and sharing concept, will improve the whole chain system of management services, focus on students' reasonable concerns, build a normalized mechanism of timely response and long-term governance, and continue to optimize resource allocation and service efficiency on the basis of overall consideration, and strive to give play to the infiltration effect of environmental culture education.

Taking communication as the medium and bridge, this event helps to unblock the communication channel between teachers and students and gather the development force of the School. It is also a vivid practice for the School Party Committee to deeply implement the spirit of the Central Eight-point Regulations and carry out learning and education. It is reported that the School has achieved remarkable results in environmental and cultural construction and was awarded the first batch of Advanced Units of Environmental Culture of Wuhan University. On the basis of existing experience, the School will further create a beautiful, comfortable and harmonious learning and living environment.
