Focusing on cultivating interdisciplinary talents, Xiaoguang Wang noted that the Digital Culture Pilot Program is an innovative program established to meet national strategic needs and industry development prospects. Students enrolled in this program should possess both the hard skills of digital technology and the soft skills of cultural literacy. The school will fully provide relevant resources to support students' growth and development, hoping that students and the school will work together to build the pilot program to be "Whampoa Military Academy" for cultivating innovative, interdisciplinary talents.

In terms of further study guidance, Qian Dai systematically interpreted the policy of "Integrated Bachelor-Master-Doctor Training". She stated that the school attaches great importance to the integration of training policies across bachelor, master, and doctoral stages, and will gradually optimize relevant work systems. She recommended that students make full use of school resources such as the Innovation Training Camp to enhance their scientific research and innovation capabilities, laying a solid foundation for future training.

Regarding training programs and curriculum design, Lihong Zhou said the school will further optimize curriculum and faculty allocation, and provide learning suggestions for different types of courses. He encouraged students to actively communicate with instructors and timely feedback course-related issues to promote mutual growth between teaching and learning.

The symposium lasted nearly two hours in a warm atmosphere. The attending teachers all expressed that the school always prioritizes undergraduate talent cultivation, attaches great importance to students' opinions and suggestions, and looked forward to students continuing to contribute ideas for school development.
