特任研究员
凌盛龙, 中国科学技术大学生物医学工程学院特任研究员,博士生导师。2016年博士毕业于中国科学技术大学微尺度物质科学研究中心,后入职中国科学技术大学生命科学与医学部,历任博士后、特任副研究员;2024年09月加入中国科学技术大学苏州高等研究院。主要从事重大疾病相关膜蛋白的信号传导分子机制研究及靶向肿瘤、代谢及神经疾病的创新药物研发。迄今已在Cell Research、National Science Reviews、Cell Discovery 、Protein Cell、PCCP等国际学术期刊上发表SCI论文20余篇。获国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金等多个科研项目支持。

1. 重大疾病相关靶标膜蛋白的配体识别、变构调控机制、药效机理以及信号传导机制研究;
2. 药物靶标膜蛋白的潜在药物分子高通量筛选和精准化学改造;基于结构信息/AI辅助的药物分子理性设计
