Wang Yu obtained a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Science and Technology of China in 2021. Her primary research areas focus on the gig economy, furture of work, and organizational behavior and human resource management. She has presided over a project funded by the Humanities and Social Sciences Fund of the Ministry of Education and participated in multiple basic research projects, including General Program and Youth Program projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Her work has been published in domestic and international academic journals such as Transportation Research Part C: Emerging Technologies, Energy Policy, Transportation, Business Strategy and the Environment, Journal of Business & Industrial Marketing, and Journal of Sustainable Tourism.
