Fire and Safety presentation was organised by the Fire and Safety Department of Hengyang. International College teachers and all the students attended the presentation on the campus of about 30 students. The presentation mainly aimed on the safety and precautionary measures related to fire and hazards. The use of fire hydrant and fire extinguishers was explained and demonstrated. Other safety accessories were also explained. Usage of smoke mask was demonstrated. The presentation contained many referral photographs and videos of incidents within China. Fire escape plan was briefly instructed.
We are very pleased to have been taught this essential necessity and how to act accordingly in case of such emergencies. We thank the organisers and the presenters for briefing us up.
