马铃薯淀粉的球磨破碎方式和微细化效果研究

摘要:采用机械球磨方法对马铃薯淀粉进行微粉碎 ,研究了球磨过程中淀粉颗粒的形貌、粒度分布及比表面积的变化特征 ,探讨了淀粉颗粒的破碎方式和粉碎模型 ,并考察了马铃薯淀粉微细化的效果

Abstract:Potato starch is mechanically ground by ball milling.The granular appearance,granule size distribution and specific surface of the starch are studied before and after milling.The comminution process and micronization effciency of the starch are discussed based on ultra-micronization model.T he results show that potato starch can be effectively micronized by ball milling.
