粉煤灰空心微珠的高附加值应用研究

摘要:研究了粉煤灰空心微珠(2 um和5 um)用于聚合物材料时,其对复合材料综合性能的影响。研究结果表明,当空心微珠填充量在0~30%之间时,空心微珠/PP复合材料的常温和低温下的缺口冲击强度、拉伸性能、弯曲性能都显著提高,复合材料的热性能同时也得到了提高。此外,还研究了空心微珠/UPVC复合材料的流变性能,超细空心微珠加入到硬质PVC管材中,可以明显改善PVC硬管的加工流动性能,显著缩短塑化时间,降低最大扭矩。当粉煤灰空心微珠加入到航天器环氧树脂和玻璃纤维/环氧树脂复合材料时,可以明显改善其抗原子氧剥蚀性能,且其抗原子氧剥蚀性能随着空心微珠填加量的增加而提高。

Abstract: The plerosphere is a new kind of multifunctional superfine powder, which is separated from coal fly ash by an air classification, but it is dramatically different from fly ash. Effcts of the plerospheres on the properties of the polymer composites were studied. The particle sizes of the plerospheres were2 μ m and5 μ m. The results suggest that the notched impact properties both at normal temperature and low temperature,tensile and flexural properties of plerosphere/PP increased significantly when the content was increased from 0~30%. DSC results indicate that thermal properties of the plerosphere/PP composite improved. Meanwhile, the property of the plerosphere/UPVC pipe composite was studied. The results show that the rheological performance of the composite with the addition of plerospheres improved obviously, the plasticizing time was shortened and the maximum torque decreased. The of spacecraft epoxy resins dramatically improved when the plerospheres were filled into the composites.Furthermore, the improvement of the AO-resistant characteristics increased with the increasing of the filler content.
