摘要：研究了以酒石酸为模板剂,正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源,乙醇为共溶剂,在氨水存在的条件下合成SiO₂纳米管的方法和结果,探讨了静置时间对合成SiO₂纳米管纯度的影响。实验结果表明:在室温下,当静置时间为30min时,SiO₂纳米管的纯度最高,达90%以上。对SiO₂纳米管的形成机理进行了初步研究。

Abstract：Choosing tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)and NH₃ as raw materi-als,through adding tartaric acid,SiO₂ nano-tubes with high purity were prepared.The effect of still time after TEOS addition on the purity of silica was investigated.The results showed that the purity of SiO₂ was higher,which was about 90%.The mechanism of SiO₂ nano-tubes was researched primarily.
