以石英为原料制备白炭黑的实验研究

摘要:为研究白炭黑的制备工艺,以石英原矿、浓硫酸、Na2CO3和NaOH为原料,利用煅烧-淬冷-硫酸酸洗工艺制备质量分数大于99%的高纯石英粉,并利用煅烧-沉淀法制备非晶白炭黑。采用X射线荧光(XRF)和X射线衍射(XRD)等手段研究钠源(Na2CO3)与石英比例、不同钠源(NaOH)等对白炭黑品质的影响。结果表明:将石英与Na2CO3或NaOH混合煅烧后制成溶液,通入CO2气体后可生成非晶白炭黑,最佳工艺条件为:n(Na2CO3)∶n(SiO2)=1∶1,混合物在1 250℃下煅烧2.5 h。

Abstract: In order to study the industrial preparing process of white carbon black, high-purity quartz powder which mass fraction was more than 99% was prepared by calcination -quenching -dip in sulfuric acid process and white carbon black was prepared by calcination -deposition using quartz ore, concentrated sulfuric acid, sodium carbonate and sodium hydroxide as raw materials. Through X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF) and X-ray diffraction (XRD), the effects of the ratio of sodium source (Na2CO3) and quartz ratio, the sodium source (if replaced by NaOH) on the preparation of white carbon black were studied. The results showed that the amorphous white carbon black prepared by heat-treating the mixture of Na2CO3 and quartz powders, dissolving the heat-treated powder and insufflating CO2 gas into the solution. In addition, the best conditions of preparing white carbon black were obtained: n(Na2CO3)∶ n(SiO2)=1∶1, the mixture of Na2CO3 and quartz was heat-treated at 1 250 ℃ for 2.5 h.
