摘要:考察分散剂、pH以及分散介质对氧化铈抛光液悬浮性和再分散性的影响,通过静置一定时间表征氧化铈抛光液的沉降行为、吸光度和zeta电位大小。结果表明:在制备悬浮性、再分散性好的氧化铈抛光液时,分散剂L的最佳质量分数为2%;pH为10.7时抛光液的悬浮稳定性最好;水和乙醇混合作为分散介质能明显改变抛光液的沉降行为,并且水与乙醇的最佳质量比为4∶1。

Abstract: The influence of dispersant, pH and dispersion medium on the suspension property and redispersibility of CeO2 slurry was studied. The settling behavior, absorbance and zeta potential of CeO2 slurry were characterized by reposing a certain period of time. The results show that the best mass fraction of dispersant L for preparing CeO2 slurry with high suspension and good redispersibility is 2% . The suspension stability of CeO2 slurry is highest when pH is 10.7. The settling behavior of CeO2slurry can be significantly changed by mixing water and alcohol as the dispersion medium, and the best mass ratio of water and alcohol is 4:1.
