摘要:为了解决传统电路驱动的颗粒计数器对于有色溶液检测得到的数据存在一定测试偏差的问题,提出一种闭环控制方法,首先由光电接收调整电路对接收到的光电信号进行采集放大处理,再由反馈调整电路将采集到的信号进行模数转换和计算输出,最后激光管驱动电路对输出结果与预定值进行比较,将调整后的电流输出到激光二极管,保证光电接收器接收到的光能量恒定,检测过程中电路参数自动调节,以减少对有色溶液检测时存在的偏差。结果表明,该闭环控制电路对于不同颜色溶液的检测有很强的自适应能力,能够保证信号的稳定性,改善颗粒计数器的性能。

Abstract:To solve the problem of measure data for color solution by the conventional drive circuit existing deviation,a closed-loop control method was proposed. The photoelectric receiving and adjusting circuit received the photoelectric signal and amplified it firstly. Then the signal collected was analog to digital(AD) converted,calculated and output by feedback adjustment circuit. The drive circuit compared the output with the default value lastly,adjusted the laser current,and made sure the receiver getting constant laser energy. The circuit adjusted by itself to reduce the deviation caused by the color solution during the measurement. The results show that the closed-loop control circuit has a strong adaptive ability for different color solution,a high stability of the signal and can improve the performance of the particle counter.
