再生粉体对干混砌筑砂浆性能的影响

摘要:掺加一定量的再生粉体对细骨料分别为机制砂和再生砂的干混砌筑砂浆进行改性,研究不同掺量的再生粉体对干混砌筑砂浆基本性能、力学性能及抗冻性能的影响。结果表明:随着再生粉体掺量的增加,砂浆的各项性能均有所降低,且对2种不同细骨料的砂浆影响基本一致;掺加再生粉体的质量分数为30%的砂浆抗压强度相比未掺加再生粉体的抗压强度最大降低幅度为44.2%;再生粉体对干混砌筑砂浆抗冻性能的影响较为明显,且最大掺量不宜超过10%,细骨料为机制砂的砂浆可采用1∶3和1∶4的胶砂质量比,而细骨料为再生砂的砂浆宜选用1∶3的胶砂质量比。

Abstract:Adding a certain amount of recycled powders in dry-mixed masonry mortars which the fine aggregates were manufactured sand and recycled sand to change its performance,and the effects of different dosage of recycled powders on the basic properties, mechanical properties and frost resistance of dry-mixed masonry mortars were researched. The results show that the performances of the mortars are decreased with the increase of the amount of recycled powders, and the effects are nearly the same between the two different fine aggregates. The compressive strength of mortars with mass fraction of 30%recycled powders has the biggest reduction compared with that of without recycled powders,which is 44.2%. The effect of recycled powders on the frost resistance of dry-mixed masonry mortars is more obvious, and the maximum mass fraction is not more than10%. The mass ratio of binder to sand of the mortars which the fine aggregate is manufactured sands is 1 ∶3 or 1 ∶4. When the fine aggregates is recycled sand, the ratio should choose 1∶3.
