银负载改性焙烧态水滑石及其碘离子吸附性能

摘要:为改善水滑石(LDH)对水体中碘离子(I-)的吸附性能,采用共沉淀法制备铜基LDH材料,利用浸渍法使Ag2O负载在材料中,随后对其煅烧制得Ag负载的焙烧态水滑石材料(Ag-CLDH);利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射、红外光谱等手段对材料进行表征,同时探讨在不同pH值和干扰离子条件下Ag-CLDH对I-吸附容量的影响。结果表明:Ag的负载并未破坏材料本身的层状结构,说明成功制得Ag-CLDH材料;在中性溶液中吸附容量可以达到166. 47 g/kg; Ag-CLDH在不同环境下对I-都保持良好的去除效率,吸附后铜和银能够分别捕获溶液中的I-生成AgI和CuI。

Abstract: In order to improve the adsorption performance of hydrotalcite ( LDH) on iodine ions ( I ) in water,a copperbased LDH material was prepared by co-precipitation method,and Ag2O was supported in the material by impregnation method,and then calcined to obtain Ag-loaded calcined hydrotalcite materials ( Ag-CLDH) .The materials were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,and infrared spectroscopy.The effects of Ag-CLDH on Iadsorption capacity under different pH value and interfering ion conditions were also explored.The results show that the loading of Ag does not destroy the layered structure of the material itself,indicating that the Ag-CLDH material is successfully prepared; the adsorption capacity in neutral solutions can reach 166.47 g /kg; Ag-CLDH maintained good removal efficiency for Iadsorption,copper and silver can capture Iin solution to generate AgI and CuI respectively.
