SOKA Human Resources Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, is located in The Rencai Building (Talent Building) at floor 20th, No. 77, MeiYuan Road, JingAn District. SOKA covers wide range of human resources management services, e.g, housing rental/home search; visa/permits application services for China inbound; talent recruitment services, etc., for foreign capital enterprises throughout China and Universities/Colleges in Shanghai.

公寓预定流程
How to book your room
1.留学生通过邮件告知我司基本的预定信息：姓名，国籍，租赁时间，房型，
2.我司收到邮件后会通过邮件告知留学生确认预定信息
1, Please advise through email about your preferred room type together with your basic personal information e.g. your name, your nationality, your planned lease term, etc.
2, We will confirm or advise alternatives via email accordingly.
住宿登记程序
Registration process
1．留学生凭《同济大学录取通知书》及护照（必须携带）办理住宿登记手续。
2．签订《社区公约》
3．留学生须支付一个学期的住宿费（必备）（住宿周期须以一学期或一学年预定）
4．出示护照（必须携带）并由前台人员办理《外国人住宿登记表》
1.International studentsare required toregister for accommodation with the "Admission Notice from Tongji University"andyourpassportis required as well to complete the registration process.
2."Community Convention"is required to be signed.
3.It is required to remitthe accommodation fee for one semester (essential) (The accommodation lease term is required asone semester or one academic year.)
4.Please showyourpassportupon check in atthe front desk, ourstaffwill assist tohandle the "Foreigner's Accommodation Registration Form"that required by Chinese authority.
