教育经历：

• 2003－2006，华东师范大学心理学系发展与教育心理学专业，博士。

• 2000-2003，华东师范大学心理学系发展与教育心理学专业，硕士。

• 1998-2000，上海理工大学管理学院研究生课程班，获得管理学硕士学位。

• 1992-1996，华东师范大学教育系，本科。

工作经历：

• 2020年1-4月，荷兰莱顿大学访问学者

• 2009年9月-2010年9月，荷兰鹿特丹伊拉斯谟大学(Erasmus University Rotterdam)访问学者。

• 2006年8月至今，同济大学职业技术教育学院教师。

• 1996—2002，上海工会管理干部学院。
