吕子玉,助理教授/特聘副研究员,硕士生导师。
个人简介
本科及博士于武汉理工大学取得(导师孙涛垒,全国人大代表)。随后在深圳大学、香港中文大学开展博士后研究,2022年加入深圳大学电子与信息工程学院,获批深圳市高层次人才。长期从事微电子领域新型存储器件和类脑芯片相关研究:1)忆阻器及神经形态芯片。2)感存算一体化器件及应用。上述相关方向以第一或通讯作者(含等同贡献)发表在Chem. Rev., Matter, Adv. Mater., Device, Mater. Today, Appl. Phys. Rev., Adv. Funct. Mater.,等高水平学术期刊上,累计影响因子300以上。发表论文70余篇,SCI引用4200余次,h-index 32。撰写光电可编程存储器件相关英文专著一章。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、广东省自然科学基金面上项目、深圳市面上基金等8项。拥有国内授权专利7项。获得国家奖学金。
学术兼职
FlexMat期刊青年编委;新质力材料发展联盟常务理事(电子信息材料专家组);广东省基础与应用基础研究基金、浙江省自然科学基金评审专家。长期担任Nature Nanotechnology、Research、Advanced Functional Materials、Nano-Micro Letters等高水平期刊审稿人。
