Abstract:
The synthesis of adipic acid from cyclohexanone was green catalyzed where 30% H2O2 was used as oxidant and HPW/SBA15 was used as catalyst.The influence of the amount of H2O2used,reaction time,reaction temperature and the amount of catalyst used on the yield of adipic acid were investigated.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: for each 2.5 mL cyclohexanone,reflux reaction at 15 mL H2O2,0.5 g 10% HPW/SBA15 at 100 ℃ for 90 minutes,and the yield was up to 84.3 %.It was shown that this method had the advantages of mild reaction conditions,short time,high yield,simple posttreatment,safety and environmental protection,and etc.This reaction was conformed to the requirements and objectives of green experiment teaching in university.
