绿色氧化环己酮合成己二酸的实验教学改革探讨

摘要:
以30% H2O2为氧化剂,HPW/SBA15为催化剂,绿色催化环己酮氧化合成己二酸。考察了H2O2的用量、反应时间、反应温度和催化剂的用量对合成己二酸收率的影响。其最佳反应条件为:每2.5 mL环己酮,在15 mL的H2O2,0.5 g 10% HPW/SBA15,100 ℃条件下回流反应90 min,产率高达84.3%。实验表明,该方法具有反应条件温和、时间短、产率高、后处理简单、安全环保等优点,符合大学基础有机化学绿色化实验教学的要求和目标。

Experimental Teaching Reform of Green Oxidation of Cyclohexanone to Synthesize Adipic Acid

Abstract:
The synthesis of adipic acid from cyclohexanone was green catalyzed where 30% H2O2 was used as oxidant and HPW/SBA15 was used as catalyst.The influence of the amount of H2O2used,reaction time,reaction temperature and the amount of catalyst used on the yield of adipic acid were investigated.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: for each 2.5 mL cyclohexanone,reflux reaction at 15 mL H2O2,0.5 g 10% HPW/SBA15 at 100 ℃ for 90 minutes,and the yield was up to 84.3 %.It was shown that this method had the advantages of mild reaction conditions,short time,high yield,simple posttreatment,safety and environmental protection,and etc.This reaction was conformed to the requirements and objectives of green experiment teaching in university.
