基于文丘里管的实训教学改革

摘要:
流体输送单元是研究流体流动基本理论及流体输送机械的一个模块化课程,是高等职业教育本科化工技术专业开设的一门核心课。为了提高本课程实训教学的质量,本文将数值仿真软件应用到文丘里管的实训教学中,首先通过参照流量测量节流装置国家标准对文丘里管进行参数化结构设计,并使用数值仿真软件对其内部流场进行分析求解,验证数值模型的有效性,然后通过数值仿真软件探讨文丘里管结构、入口速度和介质变化对压降和速度的变化趋势,并组织小组合作讨论分析数值实验结果,弥补现有压差式流量计实训的不足,有利于在实训教学中推广使用。

Practical Teaching Reform Based on Venturi Tube

Abstract:
The fluid transfer unit is a modular course for studying the basic theory of fluid flow and fluid conveying machinery, and is a core course offered by the undergraduate chemical technology major of higher vocational education.In order to improve the quality of the practical teaching of this course,this paper applies numerical simulation software to the practical teaching of venturi tube.Firstly,by referring to the national standard of flow measurement throttle device,the venturi tube is parametrically designed,and the internal flow field is analyzed and solved by numerical simulation software to verify the effectiveness of the numerical model.Then, the trend of pressure drop and velocity of venturi tube structure,inlet velocity and medium change is discussed by numerical simulation software,and the group is organized to discuss and analyze the numerical experimental results,which makes up for the shortcomings of the existing differential pressure flowmeter training,which is conducive to the promotion and use of practical training and teaching.
