Abstract:
The introduction of ideological and political education into college English class has proved to be essential for the shaping of students’ values.However,during the executive process of such an introduction,there exist some problems,such as the separation of theories and practices,as well as the improper combination of political content with language teaching.The reason lies in the lack of emotional connection and interaction effectiveness between teachers and students.This paper,based on the third space theory,conducts ontological research on College English Curriculum Space,where exist a series of dualistic oppositions.This paper also puts forward a set of interactional mode between teachers and students,combining the three elements of ideas,practice,and space,to achieve a class space with the feature of equality,dialogism,and openness,as well as to ensure the effective cultivation of college students’ socialist core values.
