Abstract:
The orthogonal experiment optimization method commonly used in scientific research were applied to heavy oil visbreaking experiment teaching reform and largescale instruments were used to simulate distillation chromatograph.These methods increase undergraduate students knowledge and ability reserve and could help them better adjust themselves from student mode to scientific research mode at their thesis stage.The reaction mechanism and reaction rules could be comprehensively learned during the visbreaking experiment of heavy oil in the presence of hydrogen donor and the teaching effect of designbased and researchbased teaching experimental projects could be reached.The experiment could develop and cultivate students practical ability in all aspects and attract students to carry out relevant research.The reform of this experimental projects is in consistency with the policy of universities to change their educational thoughts,promote the reform of practical teaching,and improve the quality of personnel training.
