A Study on the Management and Construction of Biochemistry Teaching Laboratory in Universities under the Concept of Safety

Abstract:
The university teaching laboratory is an important platform for cultivating practical talents.With the continuous reform and development of teaching experiments in universities, the state has put forward higher requirements for university teaching laboratories.At present, some problems in the management and construction aspects exist in teaching laboratories, such as imperfect management system, unadvanced equipment and facilities and low quality of laboratory staff, which affect the pace of teaching experiment reform and development universities.Under the concept of safety as the focus, the paper discusses and analyzes the management system of teaching laboratory, laboratory facilities and the construction of laboratory technician team, and puts forward relevant suggestions on how to manage and construct teaching laboratory in universities more efficiently, with a view to build a better environment, maximize the use of resources, and better serve the cultivation of talents.
