高校技术类学科学生应用创新能力培养“3+n”理论及思考

摘要:
本文针对高校技术类学科学生应用创新能力的培养提出了以生产实践、实验课程和毕业论文为3个主要培养环节,结合校企合作、第二课堂、国际合作开放视野等n项拓展训练计划,形成“3+n”理论。阐述3个主要培养环节相互配合对学生应用创新能力培养的意义及其存在问题,并对n项拓展训练计划如何深入融进实验课程、生产实践和毕业论文培养环节来培养高校学生的应用创新能力进行了分析总结,为高校培养应用创新型人才提供一定的参考。

Abstract:
This article puts forward the 3 main training methods of production practical courses, experimental courses, and graduation thesis for the practical and innovative ability training of technology major students, combined with n training items such as schoolenterprise cooperation, second classroom, international cooperation, and open vision to form a plan of “3+n” theory.This work explains the significance and problems of the combination of the 3 main training methods for the cultivation of students’ practical and innovative ability, and how to integrate the n expansion training program into experimental courses, production practical courses and graduation thesis.The work provides a certain view on how to train innovative talents.
