成果导向教育的工程专业课程思政实践研究

摘要:
专业课程中蕴含丰富的思想政治教育元素,本文以成果导向理念为指导,以工业工程专业课程“生产系统建模与仿真”课程为例,进行混合教学模式下的课程思政教学实践研究。遵循成果导向教育理念进行了以实施课程思政后学生的学习产出为目标的教学设计,将思政评价隐性融入教学评价,提高学生运用思政理论解决专业问题的能力。采用线上线下混合式教学模式,充分调动课堂内外资源,实现育人育才相统一的人才培养总目标。

Research on Integrating the Course Ideology Elements into Industrial Engineering Course in Outcomebased Education

Abstract:
The course ideology elements could be found everywhere in any major courses.This paper takes the concepts of outcomebased education as a guidance, production system modeling and simulation course of industrial engineering as an example, studying the hybrid teaching mode and integrating course ideology elements into general teaching.The integration teaching design focuses on the students’ learning results and aims to enhance students’ capability of solving subject problems with the inspirations from the course ideology theory.The online and offline teaching mode utilizes inclass and outclass resources to realize the goal of integrating moral education and talent education.
