Abstract:
Educational justice is a state of development of interaction and continuous promotion of educational equality and efficiency. Justice of higher education results from interaction between equality of dignity and right and promotion of ability, grades and efficiency. In order to fulfill the objectives of justice of higher education, a quantitative system should be introduced to verify historical courses, status quo and advance into the future of equality, efficiency and justice in different institutions, groups and classes and regions and interaction between equality and efficiency of higher education. So effective measures should taken to assure advantages rather than disadvantages of equality terms for different institutions, groups and classes and regions to promote a continuous rise of efficiency level, which will in turn be advantageous rather than disadvantageous to a continuous rise of equality level.
