Abstract:
The characteristic of multielement culture of the Donggan Ethnic in MidAsia resulted from the gradual process of cultural adaptation under the circumstance of multiple culture. This means that cultural adaptation is a transitional process from physical culture to spiritual culture, that is, from margin to centre. Meanwhile, cultural adaptation also shows a periodic feature, in which a state of “incorporating but not accepting” occurred. Therefore, the shaping of Donggan multielement culture represented the result of interactive development of these two processes under different pressures.
