The market system has basically been established in our country, but there are still some deepseated problems to be solved, including a series of nonformal systems such as morals, conventions, and culture. Although nonformal systems are permeative, protracted in evolution and slow in alteration, human dailygrowing ability of rational cognition by means of science and technology makes us completely able to solve the abovementioned problems by transforming existing nonformal systems in the procedural system of market economy of our country.
