论《大学》的作者时代及思想承传

摘要:
《大学》为特重德性德行亦即内圣外王之道的曾子学派的作品,其文本完成于战国中前期至西汉初期二三百年间。《大学》秉承了二王三代圣贤一以贯之的实践和学思传统,由此具备了上升为儒家经典的思想基础。经过董仲舒、韩愈,特别是朱熹、王守仁的阐扬,《大学》在中国历史社会中发生了愈益重大的思想影响。

On the Ages and Ideological Succession of the Author of The Great Learning

Abstract:
The Great Learning, which overemphasized moral conduct and integrity, was a leading work contributed by the school of Zeng Zi, whose text was completed during the few centuries between the early and middle Period of Warring Kingdoms and the early West Han Dynasty. The Great Learning succeeded the consistent tradition of practice, learning and thinking, developing an ideological basis to ascend to Confucianist classics. Even later, with the advancement of Dong Zhongshu and Han Yu, especially of Zhu Xi and Wang Yangming, The Great Learning exerted more and more significant ideological influence in Chinese historical society.
