Abstract:
In the Capital, Marx made a systematic investigation of land rent. He analyzed general rules concerning arrangement of land resources under market economy, including the mechanism of evolution of forms of land rent, two forms of grading land rent, the relationship between ownership of land and land rent, characteristics of arrangement of land resources and interest relations in land circulation. All these theories are of realistic directive significance to interpreting the current changing trend of land system in our country and interest relations in circulation of farm land.
