教师专业发展与教师教育的开放性和专业化

摘要:
教师专业发展的目标是教师专业化。教师专业化既包括通过教师教育使志愿从事教师职业的年轻学生和专业素质不符合要求的在职教师成为合格教师,使合格教师和优秀教师的专业水平得到进一步提高,也包括通过政策手段,减少不合格教师和吸引优秀专业人员从事教师职业。教师教育既需要大学化、开放性、综合化和一体化,也需要专业化。

Opening and Professionalization of the Teacher’s Profession Advancement and Education

Abstract:
Advancement of teacher profession aims at the teacher’s professionalization. The teacher’s professionalization involves training students and unqualified teachers into qualified teachers and raising the professional level of those qualified teachers. Besides, arrangements should be made to diminish the number of unqualified teachers and to attract excellent professionals to teaching posts. Therefore, teacher education calls not only for higher learning, opening and comprehensiveness but also for professionalization.
