Abstract:
The theoretical dimension of human environmental justice can be analyzed from the four dimensions of distribution, recognition, participation and ability.Distribution justice refers to the equality of environmental good and evil things in distribution.Recognition Justice means that the social identity and environmental rights and interests of environmental vulnerable groups should not be ignored or suppressed.Participatory justice means that the public’s right to environmental informed consent should be effectively guaranteed.Capability justice means that decisions and behaviors related to environmental affairs should promote rather than hinder the realization of the audience’s life potential. Building a road of ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics and satisfying people’s yearning for a better life constitute the realistic opportunity for the formation of the Chinese road of human environmental justice. The Chinese road of constructing human environmental justice should start with the government, enterprises and the public, cooperate from top to bottom and from bottom to top, and change the development concept, development model, system design, law enforcement and lifestyle.
