Abstract:
The highquality development of digital agriculture is the realistic foundation to support the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in China, and is also an important starting point to realize the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas. Under the background of rural revitalization, from the six aspect of the development environment of digital agriculture, digital agriculture information base, digital agriculture talent resources, digital agriculture technology support, digital agriculture green development, digital agriculture industry benefit, a digital agriculture high quality development evaluation index system will be built. This paper uses the AHP entropy method and comprehensive evaluation model to measure and evaluate the development of digital agriculture in 31 provinces from 2015 to 2019. The results show that the development level of digital agriculture in China is gradually improving, and that there are significant differences in the development level of digital agriculture among provinces, showing a ladder spatial distribution pattern of “East Central West” from high to low as well as the development level of digital agriculture in most provinces and cities in the western region is below the medium level, and there is still a certain gap compared with the national average.
