Abstract:
The new economy is based on the latest generation of information technology revolution, characterized by digitization, flattening, intelligence and synergy, and it takes digital economy, intelligent economy, knowledge economy, innovation economy, platform economy and sharing economy as the development orientation. It is a new economic form which will take improving the living standard of the people, promoting highquality economic development as the ultimate goal. Under the new economic situation, the formation mechanism of the new development pattern is that the new economy can shape the body of innovation, promote the core technology, optimize the industrial structure, and cultivate new growth motivation. Under the new economic situation, the operating mechanism of the new development pattern lies in taking digital intelligence as the core factor, leading the high quality development of economy; taking knowledge innovation as the main motive force, constructing a safe and independent domestic supply system; and taking platform sharing as the development mode, stimulating the potential of domestic market. The realization path of the new development pattern under the new economic background lies in the following aspects: focusing on the construction of talent cultivation system, realizing knowledge innovation drive; promoting the coordinated development of governmentuserindustryuniversityresearch, optimizing and upgrading industrial structure; integrating traditional industry and digital intelligence, activating traditional industry vitality; speeding up the improvement of the supporting system for the new mode and creating stable market environment.
