Abstract:
The premise and foundation of realizing the modernization of education is the modernization of teachers.Under the background of educational modernization, the change of knowledge picture and learning mode requires teacher training to change the traditional teacher training paradigm and concept in order to meet the requirements of modern development.The research idea of the integration of traditional teacher education and the curriculum system is that the training objective system is positioned as “quasiqualifiedqualifiedexcellent”, so as to construct a curriculum system from the shallow to the deep.There are many problems in this research.The research on the goal and curriculum of teacher education integration must be based on the essence of teacher education, the basic value of education, the professional essence of teachers, the purpose of teacher education integration and the development requirements of the times.The objectives of education integration are that preservice education aims to train qualified teachers and provide scaffolding for their continuing professional development;the goal of induction education is to provide lubricant for new teachers to adapt to professional work;the goal of postservice education is to become a gasoline station for teachers’ continued professional growth.The curriculum system constructed based on this objective system is that the preservice education curriculum mainly includes four modules: professional knowledge, scientific method, educational technology and educational practice.There is no fixed curriculum for onboarding and postservice teacher education, which is mainly based on the needs of teachers’ professional development and provides lubricant and motivation for the improvement of teachers’ lifelong learning ability and continuous professional development.The integrated goal and curriculum of teacher education is an organic, unified and open structural system with the core of promoting teacher professional growth.
