Abstract:
Under the “Silk Road Economic Belt” Initiative, the borderlands have shifted from the “margins” to the “core zone”. In order to restore its centralness to the Belt and Road Initiative, it is undoubtedly necessary to release the regional relevance of agricultural, nomadic and oasis areas. As an important historical space of the regional research of the Silk Road, oasis history is the communication and overlapping part of Chinese History and World History. The regional study of the Silk Road aims to build a social science knowledge system with subjectivity by rethinking and researching the spatial relationship between China and its surrounding areas overseas.
