Abstract:
PPP along the“ Belt and Road Initiative”(BRI) route are exemplary projects of a community of the shared future for human. However, the host government’s credit risk is as a cause of project failure can not be ignored. The behavior index of economic and financial cooperation is universal. To effectively govern the credit risk of the host government, we can build a new international PPP industry life chain platform, a holographic information technology intervention platform, and a moral finance platform integrating various funds, so as to form a new international PPP TAFU domain eWTP platform. However, the TIF domain platform is just an attempt towards this ideal platform. The construction of such a platform requires the crossborder integration of industry chains, information technology and financial system technology. It also requires a fair and just approach to ethical behaviour in global economic and financial cooperation. This requires a new understanding of PPP project host countries to enhance national wealth through small system credit resources.
