The “Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China” together with the “People’s Republic of China Supervision Law” show that the party and the state use party discipline and party rules to strictly manage the party turning to the deeper level of “method connection”, “governing the law and governance” and “anticorruption integration” concepts.The separation of discipline and law is the inevitable choice for China to comprehensively and strictly manage the party in the new era. Discipline has become an important basis realistic new reality of China’s current governance of the country.There is a systematic and linkage between discipline and law. It involves the interaction between discipline inspection and supervision organs and the judicial organs. It needs to be effectively linked from the specific methods of legislation, time and application, timeliness, and implementation of safeguard mechanisms. The true comprehensive use of discipline and law is to enhance the overall effect of China’s current punishment of corruption.
