Abstract:
A quantitative assessment of the system of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics can help us to grasp the rule of law in China. The quantitative assessment of the implementation of the communist partys regulations helps to examine the actual effects of the implementation of the party's internal laws and regulations, thus providing assistance for strengthening the implementation of the party’s regulations, governing and administering of the party. The survey shows that although the coordination of the party law in China has been greatly improved in recent years, it is still lower than other indicators of the party's regulations. Although the favorable rate of the implementation of the party’s internal regulations has been significantly improved, its increase is still less than the favorable rate of the formulation of the party’s regulations. As for the form of the Party regulations implementation, compared with lawabiding personnel and ordinary party members, the leading cadres take the lead in complying with the law, and the satisfaction rate is the highest. At the same time, people’s satisfaction with the implementation of the party’s regulations has been enhanced greatly in recent years. The gap between the various forms of supervision of its implementation within the party is very obvious, and the favorable rate of supervision by the Party committee and the supervision of the Disciplinary Committee are obviously higher than the favorable rate of party members’ supervision and social supervision. These conclusions provide an important basis for us to sum up the shortcomings for the next step and comprehensively strengthen the party’s regulations.
