Abstract:
This article is based on an indepth analysis of the mechanism of industrial structure evolution affecting logistics industry efficiency. Firstly, from the horizontal and vertical dimensions, the Theil Index and Moore Index are used to evaluate the industrial structure evolution in the Silk Road Economic Belt “Core Area”,it is found that the Theil Index and Moore Index respectively form “V” and “M” shape evolution.Secondly, to build a logistics industry efficiency evaluation index system, a SuperDEA model is used to evaluate logistics industry efficiency in the Silk Road Economic Belt “Core Area”,it is found that the logistics industry is inefficient and has a“V”shape evolution in the “Core Area”.Then, the Dynamic Panel Tobit Model is used to empirically analyze the impact of industrial structure evolution on logistics industry efficiency. The results show that the level of rationalization of industrial structure has a significant positive impact on logistics industry efficiency in the Silk Road Economic Belt “Core Area”,but the advanced industrial structure has not brought about the improvement of logistics industry efficiency. This may be related to the lack of advanced level of industrial structure in the “Core Area”.Finally, it is proposed that the Silk Road Economic Belt “Core Area” should be “Six Transformations”to improve logistics industry efficiency.
