Abstract:
Using ENVI software,we carried out an inversion of PM0.5 concentration data of China’s 31 provinces by aerosol optical depth (AOD) of MODIS satellite remote sensing during 2000—2016.Then, we tested the space effect on investment scale of foreign enterprises, the FDI total of foreign enterprises, and PM0.5. Lastly, we tested the relationship between the first two variables and the PM0.5. We find: The three Chinese variables have strong spatial correlation and spatial agglomeration phenomenon; PM0.5 of foreign investment enterprises in China has a larger effect or “pollution halo”, investment scale of foreign enterprises, the FDI total of foreign enterprises every 1% increase, PM0.5 concentration will drop of 0.123 1% and 0.181 6% respectively; The influence of GDP to PM0.5 pollution is consistent with the EKC, and is the main factor to produce PM0.5 pollution; Population size, urbanization level, construction scale, increased energy consumption will aggravate PM0.5 pollution concentration, especially in the energy consumption which is the main factor causing PM0.5 concentration increased. China should continue to increase foreign investment in the environmental protection industry, and establish both urban and rural areas as a whole and the provincial league haze mechanism, accelerating the cure process of haze.
