Whether in professional periodicals or in comprehensive ones, the cited frequency of social science articles far exceeds the cited frequency of humanistic articles, so the different discipline location is the vital and key factor. Because of the the different discipline locations, the impact factors of humanistic and social science journals which stress different disciplines differ greatly. In order to be more scientific and impartial，we should differ the different discipline location when we evaluate periodicals.
