Abstract:
It is necessary to elaborate some theoretical propositions which are different from the theoretical proposition of Marx’s political economy so as to develop Marx’s political economy. This does not mean that the original theory of Marx’s political economics is wrong or its truth is discounted, but means a new theory that corresponding to the new conditions in the face of new conditions. Socialism with Chinese Characteristics is the primary stage of the socialist mode of production which is the first stage of the communist mode of production. In the same way, Political Economy of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics belongs to the political economy of the communist mode of production. The most special character of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics is to build socialism across the Cafuding Canyon of Capitalism under the conditions of lower productivity and lower capitalism than that of Europe and America. Transition from “the first thirty years” to “the last thirty years” of socialist construction, we are all building socialism under the condition that the level of socialist productivity is lower than that of Europe and the United States. In these two historical periods ,there are only two phase differences in building Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, rather than fundamental differences. Therefore, We can generalize the rule of Political Economy of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics from the two stages of construction practice. The most important thing to build Socialist Political Economy with Chinese Characteristics is to explain the process of socialist production in a specific and deep way, especially discussion about how to build a new socialist production relations. To build Political Economy of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics whose fundamental theoretical guidance is Marx’s theory of Scientific Socialism, we must attach importance to the study of socialist ideological materials in the twentieth Century. The ultimate victory of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics must be the victory of Marx’s Scientific Socialism for the bourgeois and petty bourgeois.
