Abstract:
Media culture in contemporary China, especially since the 1990s, has undergone a comprehensive renewal at the production level. At the same time, this kind of cultural production has been trapped in the common context of profound globalization. It reflects the inherent characteristics of complexity and transformation. How to put forward more reasonable value requirements for the production of contemporary media culture becomes the ultimate foothold of contemporary media culture research. Under the premise of cultural globalization and diversification, rebuilding cultural identity and balancing the production logic of media culture on the basis of the change and transformation of the production mechanism should become the core value pursuit of media culture production.
