Abstract:
The development of teachers’ professional capacity is the process of learning to teach.The key to teaching is thinking.Effective learning and effective teaching of teachers needs positive thinking engagement.In our country the development of teachers’ professional capacity is being hampered by existing problems, such as ignoring the cultivation of highlevel teachers’ professional abilities, the disconnection between theory and practice, insufficient input of teachers’ professional learning and the lack of integration of learning platforms and resources, etc.under the guidance of ThinkingBased Classroom Teaching Theory and based on the hierarchical structure of teachers ’ professional capacities.The study systematically established a unique mode of development of teachers’ professional capacities By the principles of guidance of thinking, cultivating throughout the entire course, thinking together and supporting one, and technical support.
