教师专业能力发展的理论与实践

摘要:
教师专业能力包括基本能力、教学能力、教育能力、自我发展能力和教学创新能力5种。这5种能力螺旋上升,形成完整的层级结构,并贯穿整个教师职业生涯。根据教师专业能力发展水平,为其“量身定做”相应的专业能力培养模式。通过“理论指导+案例分析+情景模拟+自主反思+行为反馈”的教师专业能力实训模式,将教师的“思”与“行”有机结合起来。通过建设教师专业能力实训平台,以有效支撑教师的专业学习。

Abstract:
The development of teachers’ professional capacity is the process of learning to teach.The key to teaching is thinking.Effective learning and effective teaching of teachers needs positive thinking engagement.In our country the development of teachers’ professional capacity is being hampered by existing problems, such as ignoring the cultivation of highlevel teachers’ professional abilities, the disconnection between theory and practice, insufficient input of teachers’ professional learning and the lack of integration of learning platforms and resources, etc.under the guidance of ThinkingBased Classroom Teaching Theory and based on the hierarchical structure of teachers ’ professional capacities.The study systematically established a unique mode of development of teachers’ professional capacities By the principles of guidance of thinking, cultivating throughout the entire course, thinking together and supporting one, and technical support.
